The cost to have a qualified technician come out to your home or business for a service call is $175. This includes the first hour of troubleshooting/repair work once our technician is onsite. Time will be billed at $100 per hour after the first hour of time. Additional charges for travel time will be assessed for locations farther than 25 miles from Bainbridge.

Yes, we respond to after-hours emergencies such as power outages, burning smells, and hazardous conditions. The cost for an emergency/ after-hours service call is $300, which includes the first hour of service once the technician is on site. For most residential work, yes. If the home is occupied there will need to be someone at least 18 years of age home to grant access to the home. For commercial work, access arrangements can be made.

Yes. For projects that will take longer than one shift to complete a 50% deposit is required prior to scheduling the project. For large projects a payment schedule will be provided along with the written estimate (for example : 25% deposit, 50% payment upon completion of rough inspection, final payment 25% upon completion)
